Horrible customer service

Had the worst experience!!

So over a month ago they called me to offer me 40GB night and day for R129 and we completed the whole process with the agent that called me and this was an upgrade. After about a week the courier called and I scheduled a delivery with them to have the sim card delivered

Till today i have not received it and I contacted Telkom to query this; I spoke to a guy named Thabang and he was very rude, after him refusing to get his manager on the line several times eventually he manages to get the manager on the phone and her name was Caroline Nkuna and they are in JHB, she wasn’t helpful at all and she said she will contact me back to resolve my query and nothing has been done. My bill has increased from paying R2200 to R2500 and I can’t be paying for something that I have not used

What a ripoff!! This is honestly unbelievable!! I need to escalate this to head office!
