Horrible customer service

I requested iPhone 16 pro max on the 2nd of June 2025, I was pre-approved. Afterwards no feedback or any communication, I tried to call using customer care number, the service was horrible, no one assisted me. Till today no feedback but they put a debit order on my bank. Last call I made I was holding a call more than 40 min, the lady that was on the call with me didn’t even update me what was going on.
