Horrible Customer Service

Telkom customer service sucks! When you call the customer service number they just direct you to whatsapp and end the call just like that! I want to speak to an agent because your whatsapp is not helpful at all!!!!!!!

I have changed debit order date and still telkom does not debit at all and then tell you that the account is in arears! Absolute Bull. What a **** network!
