Horrible customer service

Took out a bundle contract for the P30 pro and the p smart. I was told they don't have stock of the p smart and will phone me when the stock comes in. Three weeks later no response, I go to store and they tell me they don't have stock of the p smart and no longer offering the advertised deal. They didn't even bother to inform me that they have no stock
