Horrible Customer Service

<p>I ordered an s8 plus and received an s8. it took forever to get help. the online call centres were sending me from pillar to post. my call were all falling throcugh the cracks since June 2017. They debit my account but I don't have a phone.</p> <p>I want to cancel everything today</p>
