Horrible Customer Experience Yet remain loyal

Poor Customer service and incompetence from Telkom agents from Sandton City and also the call centre. SIM card stopped working and was told to do a sim swap. Approaching 3rd week now and still unable to use the SIM card - mind you this is primary number. Can’t even do transactions nothing. Visited Branch over 5 times and called call centre over 4 times - still no assistance. Every agent can’t assist.

Been loyal and paying contact for over 8 years win Telkom and this is the horrible experience.
