horrible customer experience

They billed on the wrong date, made me incur undue bank charges and are messing me around , giving me endless reference numbers and doing nothing about it, they said they will pay me back as they r liable as per the law but they r treating me like a fool... very horrible customer experience... I want my money back. It's been months now, ur accounts is the worst in the world<br> <br> They call u and if the phone cuts in the middle of ur conversation they don't call buck but close the case without resolution.... who does that??? ....sis, nxa
