Horrible contract service

Yesterday morning I app**** for a Cellphone contract by Telkom. A consultant phoned me an hour later as i was in a meeting confirming all my details and if it is correct. After confirming my details he informed me i am preapproved. Not even 10 minutes later i received a message that i am declined without any reason.

I did try to get through to them yesterday but i failed as they did not answer. Early this morning i finally got through to them and i spoke to one of the sale ladies who informed me that my expenses were too low so i sat on the phone with her for 20 minutes giving her all my details again with all my expenses. She then asked for my shipping details and banking details informing me yet again i am preapproved and that i will be notified tomorrow if all is good. Two hours later i received the same sms as yesterday.

So I app**** twice for a Cellphone Contract by Telkom, but everytime i get declined and I dont get a reason why, You want to "HELP" us to get dept to make dept but you can't even get it right to tell me why i get declined! They first told me i need a clothing account which i do have for more then 3 months now and i did give them more expenses.

They say you need dept to get dept yet they dont want to give you dept if you are willing to pay!!!

THIS IS EXTREMELY PATHETIC!!! THEY WILL NEVER MAKE ANY MONEY WITH THIS ATTITUDE!!!! AND AWFUL SERVICE!!!
