Horrible company

With the changing of way is a good move cause finrite is the worst insurance company. I have been pay for a pbone and insurance for 3months for the phone I put a rwpair claim and nothing. How fair is this? Now you changing the insurance what about our existing phone claims attended or not attended by finrite
