Horrible communication and delivery of service.

They offered a mobile phone on contract. And made no effort to communicate delays with my order. Not only that, they decided to charge me for a device that I never received.

I had to follow up continuously. Its one thing to advertise a product you don't have stock of, its another to then also charge for it!!!
