Horrible Client Service

So as I am currently struggling with another ISP, I decided to give Telkom a go because they have a decent deal on LTE at the moment. I am currently in the DRC and as such cannot go to shops myself, so I decided to send my wife there. Yesterday I got told I can get LTE on a month to month basis, the same as a satellite and certain ISP provides, which means no contract, you only have to give thirty days notice to cancel, which there is no way of getting out of a contract with a thirty day cancellation, believe me I have tried.

My wife phoned me on WhatsApp to explain that they want her to apply for a contract, which I do not want as I cannot cancel that before the 24- month period is over. Upon explaining to the lady that I do not want a contract and want to be on a month to month basis, she refused to speak to me further and kicked my wife out of he store without an explanation.

This is absolutely not acceptable, Telkom Shop Springs Mall, I will put the word out that you are useless and refuse to help people that prove you are wrong in your statements
