Horrible cancelation process!!

I'm disgusted in telkom horrible cancelation service!!! what a nightmare. It's such an issue to cancel with them. I did online cancelation, received and sms and email from them notifying me that they received the cancelation request and that a consultant will contact account holder to confirm cancelation. More than a month later no call from any consultant. A debit order goes off and I go to the store to find out whats happening only for them to tell me cancelation was not done as the consultant did not get hold of the account holder. Such a lie. Try calling the account holder and if you don't get through try again don't just assume that cancelation will not take place!! I'm so upset you guys just mess your customers around! I want my account canceled!! Disgusting service!
