Horrible call center agent

This is directed at the extremely rude woman who answered our call this morning at 10:45 We were told by a technician to call the 10210 number to get assistance on when someone will be sent out to assist with our wifi

As we were trying to get the Information they required off the app which wasn't opening because our area has no signal( hence the need for our wifi to work) she was talking to her friend and obviously forgot to mute her mic making comments on how my fiance is an idiot and doesn't know what she is talking about and then proceeded to be extremely condescending afterwards...
