Horrible Baaaad sevice

What a horrible disgusting company. I app**** for a device online on the 28 of October I got approved did a follow up I was provided with an order number and told the device was currently out of stock I will be notified once it is available, I kept doing follow ups until the past week when I went to my credit profile and found that this disgusting service provider did 4 enquiries on my credit report for the same device which is very ********* I called them to try to find out why they did that some uninformed agent told me senseless stories!! I am fuming today I did a follow up for the device I am told I did not qualify mind you when I first app**** my score was great and sitting on 635 points very good they dragged it down to 611 I hate this company I will never advice anyone to take any services with them South Africans PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR CHEAP SERVICES you will REGRET!! They have bad rating everywhere SIES!
