Horrible service overall, They are overdebitting me and cannot process a refund, cannot cancel a debit order, keep on insisting that I subscribed to Prime Video via their portal, as if I do not know how to sign up. Now, they cannot cancel those subscriptions, which Telkom was forcing down our throats. I want my refund
