Horrible and scary service

The terrible service I am receiving from telkom and all their stuff is Diabolical, from dropping calls and their management not doing their JObs.

Telkom is operating *******ly, firstly they collect from Prescribed accounts which by law they are not allowed to. I Spoke to a lady by the name of (Lesego Mookane) a billing agent who doesn't care one bit to assist me.

As the account in my name was Written off, telkom is refusing to provide me with a letter stating this, on top of that this *********** lady told me that the account was handed over I should follow up with that company when I asked her to give me information as to who the account was handed over to this is the email i received from a telkom staff: (Hi Lolwetu

I dont know who your account is with now, that is all I could find regarding your issue. I am sure they can tell you who took over from them with your case.

They are refusing to give me the name of the company the account was handed over to and they are refusing to provide me with a letter that states the account was written off and they are telling me they do not know who they handed the account over to.

What kind of JOKE is this for such a big company with staff that drops calls. I Have even asked copy of all the telephonic conversation with them so I can file a Complaint with NCR, they are refusing that as well.

I logged complaints with telkom online/email but their staff are resolving the issue even before it is resolved. Telkom just don't give 2 bits about their customers especially their employees are worse all they do is sit and drop calls.
