Horrible and living hell ... Stay away from TELKOM. TELKOM MUST FALL.

Where do i even begin.... The level of incompetence and awful service from this company. i am trying to remain calm and avoid swearing but anyone hoping to go with telkom please do not especially for adsl. Take it from me. After waiting over a month for my adsl to be moved, their systems are faulty i keep getting stuck at credit rating and i do not owe them a cent. I called multiple times, my case got escalated etc everything you can think of but nothing ever gets done. I have been billed like double what i am supposed to pay and i decided not to pay this time because my services were cancelled way back and as of this moment i do not have any services. I have actually ordered a rain sim card once it is delivered i am cancelling telkom for good. The service is beyond shocking. Oh do not even bother calling the call center. its just a bunch of useless and clueless *****s that will keep u on hold until your phone runs out of battery. yes it is that bad.
