Horrible and Frustrating Service.

I've app**** for a contact with Telkom and was given a tracking order to view the progress of my application. since then I've tried to log in several times and it gives an error, and I've tried to call telkom numerous times as well, no one seems to work there cause no one answers the call. i was given the direct sales line (10213).

I understand that one has to wait their turn until the call is attended to, but every single time for so many times, my call was just not attended to. This level of horrific customer service is really disappointing and I will surely be putting this matter all over social media.
