Horrible and disgusting service Telkom

I app**** for a relocation of my Fibre line about a week ago and till today, nothing has happened and when I call, I'm given different stories and am shocked that my relocation order has not even processed. I've never been so frustrated. I'm told to wait and when I ask toll when.. No straight answer. I'm changing my service provider coz I can't go through this everytime I need to be serviced. It's not even the first! I'm paying a lot to be treated like this. I don't get why there's no option for a zero star coz this is what this is.
