Horrible and Clueless Client Service Agents.

Telkom has pathetic customer service. I have been trying to update my device insurance to include my new device, No one seems to know how to provide me with assistance. I have been on the line for close to 2hrs and being sent from pillar to post and eventually they give me a number ***which takes me to voicemail says I should call back later. Mind you I have been trying to get this sorted out since the 30th of June today its the 6th and nothing has been resolved. I really regret upgrading my contract with them.
