Horrible an Pathetic service ever

Since my complaint last week i haven't heard anything from Telkom and i have not been call since then. Still my data gets missing without me using it on the account wi-fi router and the amount that it is going to be billed this month still its R268 that no one can tell where this R8 comes from? Mondo/Telkom cancel the contract with immediate effect since no one has bothered to phone me to explain the problem am having with the data being finished without me using it and why am paying R268 instead of R260 the initial contract agreement. Am sick and tired if going after Telkom/Mondo. Cancel the damn contract.
