Horrible aftersale service to cancel

Been trying to cancel this landline since last year, everytime the customer care & collections call centre is offline and say they will call back, they never do. Telkom handed us over to the lawyer, we made a payment, then sent proof of payment, Lawyer advised that once paymwnt is made, she will liase with Telkom to cancel and now i got another bill. This phone wasnt used since around about July. The lawyers are Blake & Associates who are also giving us false hope saying they will cancell this contract. Contact Shahiema *** ***
