Horrible after service

Telkom is the worse service provider ever. I have been struggling to cancel my contract that is already expired. I am also struggling to cancel a contract that I took on the 11th of April this month through a call center, all because they can't pick it up, it must have been done by one of their third parties. Why can't they pick up anything on their side. They are making it impossible for customers to get help and assistance. The one time they charged me for 2 sim card that were nit activated and took me from pillar to post for a refund that never happened. Even now I am taking from pillar to post for a sim cancelation. The network is horrible but the prices are better. But after 3 horrible experiences with thier sim contracts, I don't mind paying a bit extra with another service provider.
