horrible after sales experience

I recently took up a second line with Telkom Mobile. I did the application online and was contacted by one of the sales person. I advised the sales person that I didn't want to go to the store hence I wanted to take up the phone online. I also advised the agent about insurance and I was advised that I should call in the call centre once I receive the devise. I called the call centre and they advised that I would have to go to the store. I an very much unhappy with this as the sales person was dishonest as they were just trying to get a sale. I did say if I cannot do everything telephonically I would rather just go to the store and do everything there. Some one needs to call me back and sort out this mess. failing which you can come and collect your phone.
