Horrible - A NO GO - ******** Alert ⚠️

This must be my 3rd review. I am just tired now. I have since lost my phone in December 2019, Access fees which they requested was paid but over 4 months later I still do not have a replacement device and yet each month they continue to debit my account. This must be the worse of all insurance I have ever used. Still their phone are never answered. I have lost count of how many follow up emails I have sent without response.
