Horrible

Telkom is the most useless company and cell phone provider. I changed my debit order date before payday last month they have charged me for 2 installments and now they say I haven't paid when I can prove it has gone off on the 31st. My account has been blocked. They say I can not do a eft payment. My account of 399 is now at 1000 cause they have excuse after excuse as to why the debit order was not successful. I can not afford this **** if I wanted an account of 1000 pm I would have done that.
