Horrible

Telkom has the worst customer service. Don't contact customer in regards to payment that went wrong u have to find out ons the next month when a double debit order goes off and a fee but the fault is at there side even when checing balance on their website it does not show you about your account being faulty. What a **** show of a customer service line.
