Horrible

Endless problems still with Telkom whilst I have weaned myself off any new contracts by joining other providers the horrible issue I still face is the fact that even though I have changed my internet service provider I still need to pay for landline and the internet has never ever been working properly new case was logged today with Afrihost Telkom did not even refund me anything and want to charge when they do call out ,such ************** I pay my services well if this was another area the internet would work properly as I have discovered previously
