After almost 2 years, my phone screen cracked and it took nearly a month for them to get it evaluated, and even longer to contact me to get it back - with me having to follow up because of no communication. Then after charging me a **** load in excess fees - I sent through a cancellation request the 19th of October, and to this day I have not received any feedback. When I call I never get through and emails don't get responded to...

Quick to call you if you skip a payment but when actually having to fulfill their obligations then they're MIA.
