Since August 2019 I have been trying to get telkom to resolve my query and it looks like all the consultants I spoke to do not know how. The most frustrating and irritating part about all this TELKOM YOU ARE MESSING UP MY BANK ACC RECORD.
I have been calling telkom since August and being told a case is open...but all the cases where opened and closed without the query being resolved. To date am still having to call and try get the issue resolved.
I have contact Telkom via all communication channels I can think of but my query remain unresolved and they just blocked my number.

20 Nov 2019, 17:29Please tell Telkom am pleading with you, can I get my query resolved I don't know what to do anymore. Am emotionally drained from trying to get help from telkom. What do I have to do for my cries to be heard.
