********** service as always

<p>I have Telkom LTE-A wifi option which I must saying is absolutely shocking. The speeds they promise are false advertising actually. 150mbps my foot. I constantly get at best 5mbps in Bryanston of all places. Worse then their promises is their service when Iv tried to call to get someone to check out what's wrong with my connection. I logged a call on 8 March 2017 and was told to expect someone to come check it out in the days that followed. Now I been waiting almost 2 months later with no such assistance. When you call their *********** call centre you get no assistance. You keep getting sent SMS saying that your case is being looked at. Come on, 2 months later it's still being looked at. Can't wait for Vuma to be installed in my complex as I'll be definitely switching. Telkom should be closed down. No longer are they the only player so I don't know why they continue not giving a rats ass about customer service.</p>
