Telkom's service delivery has been disgusting. I app**** for a cellphone contract on the 23rd of September and it was approved and I was told that I could expect my phone in 5 - 7 working days after my account has been debited. It has now been 12 days and after calling the call centre 3 times and hours of waiting, i just found out that my order hasn't even been processed. STILL NOTHING from YOUR SIDE!!!
