********** lack of communication from telkom.

<p>I'm not sure if you people at telkom really care about your enormous BAD reputation. Given the fact that I live within 7minutes from one of your technical base stations, I have had NO word from anyone as to why my ADSL service is still not functiobal after a week of reportibg it. I had to ask around my neighbors to find out that it was my whole area that has been affected, and half of them have already had their service restored within 3 days. As of writing this it has been 8 days and I have called in to telkom about 5 times and haven't received ANY new information. They told me a technician would contact me 3 times even though they are stationed close by. No technician has responded. I been using and paying for telkom service for atleast 4 years, I figured that even tho they are this close to my residence they couldn't fumble things up this badly. I was wrong. Horrible, HORRIBLE "service".</p>
