Horrendendous after sales services

My daugther received her wifi from Telkom yesterday, it is not working, we now it is just something small, a setting, a cable, a switch it on on your side.........it is impossible to get hold of someone at Telkom to assist us, we google numbers and no one even try to assist. The techinical department say we must phone the sales the department and the sales department says we must phone the technical department. The technical takes forever to answer, the sales answers quickly because they just want to sell until they hear it is a technical phone call then they put you on hold forever. We have tried now for two days with no luck. I am so disappointed as I suggested that my daughter use Telkom as it is a big company, looks like the bigger the company the less you can expect from them. Can someone from Telkom phone my daughter and assist het asap or I will place a review on this page everyday as well as on facebook about your ********** service. Her number is ***.
