horific service, produckt and technicians

Useless company had my line for over 2 years paying for a line speed that ive never seen technicians come out look at the line say it is faulty and needs to be replaced but never hear back from them.

Call in to report a fault and have to report the fault 20 times before you get the ref number they promise to send you via sms.

Call center drops the calls after putting you on hold.

Expects payment for service rendered but never received the service.

Call back for a rating on the technicians tells you it is not acceptable sends a open serve technicians to do the job tells you its you`re duty and problem to make sure he can get to the junction box, get another call for rating service and sends a side contractor which anilizes the fault tells you the line is faulty and the port needs to be replaced and never hear back from them.

Still sitting with max 100Kb/s download speed with 600 ms and upload of 0.09 kb/s on a 4 mb line.
