Hopless Telkom

I tried to renew my Telkom Mix contract at the above store.They refused to give me a reference number because the phone that I wanted has to be ordered. The store doesn't have a landline or an email address and when I sent somebody there on 3 separate occasions to check on the status of my application, nobody couldprovide and answer. It is no wonder that Telkom is in the pathetic state it is in. Their staff are utterly *********** and haven't a clue about customer service.
