Hopeless Telkom that raise debits after cancellation

Telkom continue to not communicate and submit debit orders even after i cancelled my mobile numbers as at end August. I am absolutely and totally disgusted with their inability to run their business ethically. I have made so many efforts at trying to resolve this and i get NO RESPONSE from Telkom. Utterly useless. I have not used my mobile since mid July and accounts will show this clearly. I have proof of cancellation made in July effective end August.
