Hopeless Telkom Call Centre

Telkom has to be the network with the worst customer service... I called in several times with my problem still not being resolved which is going on for 2 months now and every time I'm promised a call back but they fail to call me back. The last communication with the Telkom call centre, I spoke to a "supervisor" by the name of Clifford Mohale who then promised to call me back the next day and still nothing...clearly telkom's client service are none existent when a "supervisor" fails to follow up their promise so I'm impatiently waiting on a call from them and my contract coming to an end to NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN GOING FORWARD.
