Hopeless Telkom!!!!

I thought Vodacom was horrible, I Telkom is the worst!!! I struggled for over 1 hour to set up the Telkom app because Telkom could not send me an OTP!!!! Guess what? You lost me as a potential client!!! Now I understand why Telkom prices are so reasonable yet you are not the top mobile network operator in South Africa. It's because Telkom is HOPELESS!!!! Telkom is hopelessly useless!!!! NEVER-EVER again will I attempt to use Telkom!!!!!
