Hopeless telkom.

I would like review telkom sales as hopeless.I requested a call back on two occasions.my reason for call back is new sales,to give telkom more business,yes stoopid telkom,give you more money.your sales consultants Dail my number and cut it after 2 rings.why they do this,I don't know for sure.but I suspect to show they are doing work by calling back the customer,but not really helping the customer.get rid of *********** dead weight employees and stop retrenching the awesome technicians.if you still want my business,then get a manager to call me or else I am cancelling all 3 of my accounts.
