Hopeless service

Was called by a salesperson during Jan '23 to say that we're being migrated off copper lines. Our service hasn't been working since the end of March '23 and yet we are being billed. We called on numerous occasions to have the situation resolved and yet nothing has happened. We continue to be billed for a service we don't have.
