Hope to never be in need of telkoms service EVER

<p>Pre Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 2 weeks prior to the launch of it,Filled in every bit of relevant details online and then i was told i would receive a call within 48 hours.Sure enough i did receive that call, That call ended up in me giving the exacct same details that i filled on online but i did not mind at that point, after that i did not hear from telkom AT ALL..no sms,email or anything to confirm my application but i still waited anyway..Come to the day of the launch on Friday(05/05/170 , i call in to find out when i will receive my phone and i was told that the person who initially called me did not upload the transaction and i should call in on Monday 08/05/17..First thing On monday morning i call in and now suddenly they have no record of who i am or what my order was..Emailed my documents through to Justin at Vodacom store in Hammarsdale at about 10:30 and collected my phone at 1PM with the port done,Now thats how service should be done ! Big ups to vodacom and i hope to never be in need of telkom ever again</p>
