Hope this loads... Because my Telkom WIFI sucks

We pay almost a R1000 a month for a 10mb line uncapped, but you only get to use it for 150gb afterwards you get throttled to 4mb for 50gb... My complaint I rarely get a 10mb download speed it's always between 2mb and maybe if I'm luck 8mb, why am I paying for a 10mb download speed which I don't use, and don't tell me to DM you on Twitter, you send a DM they reply after 4 days, I am still waiting on a reply since Sunday.
