I will never ever recommend anyone to telkom. I had the junkest experience with my honor x9a. I was told that the phone screen can't break and that it has a 180day screen insurance. My phone fell once and it broke. I had to pay R2600 for repairs cause of *********** sales person's, who couldn't do their job properly by giving wrong information and false adverti*****t. They have no after sale customer service in telkom Worcester mountain mill mall. I practically had to follow up with every single thing to be kept up to date. I feel like they dilebrately kept my phone when it got back from repairs for 4 days without informing me, had I not followed up it would probably still be there. The staff needs to go back to basics and find out what customer service means. This was the worst experience I've ever encountered. We should name and shame them on Hello Peter. Shame on them! 😡
