Home wifi trouble

<p>I app**** for an ADSL line on the 05/03/2017 with free wifi router etc. The operater I spoke to told me that it would take about two to three weeks for them to come install the system. A week later I received the wifi router and was quite excited to see that the process was moving along swiftly,needless to say to this day 27/04/2017 and after 6 calls and empty promises each time I am still without an internet connection and still waiting on feedback as to what the problem is???</p>
