Home wifi fail

I am extremely disappointed,a sales person called me for home wifi.I gave all my details and even send my utility bill and identity document to an email address. I was told that I would receive an SMS on the application process,its been 7 days no word from them.The lady that assisted me responded to one of my emails following up but since then she has been quiet. Looking at the reviews I dont know if I must be happy but I am concern about the fact that someone have my personal information and clearly not using it for the purpose I intended.You dont just waste someone's time like that,on a call and then to forward documents for nothing.
