Home Internet upgrade con

A few months ago I wanted to upgrade my home adsl from 2 to 4 mbs. Walked into Mall @ carnival to get pricing and decided to upgrade. So I paid 599 + 258 for home line rental etc. I just came to find out that R599 was for the entire package which includes line rental etc. Why did the consultant not advise or do the appropriate upgrade. The is cheating. I paid over R250 extra every month for nothing. you also get 1gb mobile data in this deal. I was not told about this,I lost out BIG time. People: Do you home work on the website before doing into these shops or you will be con. Please check my account and refund all the overcharge.
