Home internet deal

App**** for the Telkom R599 home interest deal a few weeks back. Was told that I would be contacted by a representative who would advise when they would come out to install. This convo happened in March...

Needless to say no contact was made and today is 16 working days since I last spoke to someone from the sales department at Telkom who advise on the above. I have tried to follow up but no one has returned my call.

How do I get this sorted?
