Hole on my front lawn for 5 months

At the end of October a Telkom van with their employees dug up a hole in my front lawn to install telkom line I believe. The hole was fenced off with an orange net and left for months. I've phoned to customer care line, but since I don't have a telkom land line number they cannot assist. Was transferred to another department, they logged the fault 2 months ago. Awaiting feedback.
