Holding us Ransom

<p>I emailed documents through to cancel certain services towards the end of februrary. After multiple phone calls to the call centre i was ALWAYS told that they have not received any emails. After every phonecall , i duly rep**** with an email. Multiple times. After still not getting through , i posted on Hello Peter to which i receicved a reply as well as a reference number together with an email address i should send the cancellation forms to. To date nothing has yet happened. Telkom is *********** and holding me ransom. They refusing to cancel our services and we not getting any help at all</p>
